Iberostar Rose Hall Beach houses four restaurants, one which will serve the main buffet, with the other three specializing in a-la-carte dining. The resort will offer a taste of Cajun and Japanese with Tepanyaki, and the Caribbean. An infinity swimming pool with a swim-up pool bar will grace one section of the resort, while the backdrop of the lobby area will reflect the ocean. At least two storey on each side of the building will offer true ocean view. Beneath the lobby, the architects have designed a spectacular theatre that accommodates no less than 800 persons.

A total of 366 rooms, divided into 330 Deluxe Rooms (garden/pool, partial & ocean- view), 32 Oceanfront Junior suites and 4 Presidential Suites with oceanview. Rooms are available with either two twin beds or one king bed and designed with an exterior door, an entryway and a second doorway to ensure privacy and quietness. Handicap and connecting rooms are also available. Each room offers cable television with remote control, air conditioning, ceiling fan, in-room safe, complimentary mini-bar, coffee-maker, ironing set and a balcony. Each room features a private bathroom completed with bathtub, hairdryer and phone for guest convenience. Room Service is available from 11:00am-11:00pm. The Spectacular infinity pool has a total area of 660 sq. meters (7104 square feet) overlooking the magnificent Caribbean Sea, featuring a Jacuzzi and swim-up bar. Games room which includes arcade slot/ casino machines, fitness center, library, internet, & one meeting room available. Laundry and valet, babysitting & internet are also available for an additional cost, medical facilities as well as 24-hour on call doctor, tour desk, photo shop, mini-market & shops. With lots of activities including snorkeling, windsurfing, gymnastics, dance lessons, Spanish lessons, and a Mini-Club for kids 4 to 12, the Iberostar Rose Hall offers something for the entire family. Daily and nightly entertainment as well as aerobics, dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, ping-pong, billiards and table soccer as well as many more organized activities around the pool area or at the beach.
